For late *check-outs at 6 pm, it will be chargeable at half day rate. For check-outs after 6 pm, 1 full day charge applies. *Subject of availability!

Limousine services are available at a charge for all airport transfers. Kindly advise your flight number and arrival time with us as early in advance as possible.

Depending on the time of your arrival we will have appointed a representative who will meet you, hand-out your keys and give you a small tour around the apartment to explain operational details, house rules and other vital information.

In case you purchase our airport/port transfer service our driver would be doing the welcoming.

There is  public parking space (free of charge) just in front of the apartment. However, in busy hours it is mostly taken.

There is a municipal parking (3 EUR p.d) very close to the apartment.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment premises. Guests are allowed to smoke in outdoor smoking areas outside the apartment.
Fire preventing laws in the old town of Corfu are very strict. If you smoke in the apartment you are liable for a fine of EUR 1000 and further legal actions. Sensitive smoke detectors are installed in the apartment in various areas.

The deposit required during check-in is EUR 300 per stay for incidents. For more information please refer to terms and conditions.

Yes, we do provide baby cots upon request. Please make sure you inform us as early as possible, preferably upon booking the apartment.

Yes, at an extra cost, we  provide up to one fold-out extra bed. Please make sure you inform us upon booking the apartment.

Yes, at a nominal fee we can organize the supply of groceries so you don’t have to. Just send us a list of items. We will do our best to match from a local super market. Payment, to us, can be made at a later time/day upon delivery of receipt.

Our team will be glad to assist you with a simple apartment decoration for special events at a nominal amount.
